Partnerships Strengthen Community Employment Capacity

A Three-Step Pipeline To Qualified Employment
Ohio City Power's One-On-One Program is led by Don Hoke, Elderlife member at Federated Church and retired senior manager, The Lubrizol Corporation. Don has recently been joined by fellow volunteer, Gus Aberley. Appointments are conducted at St. Paul's Outreach Center, and Community Church, 4427 Franklin Boulevard in Ohio City, Cleveland, Ohio.
